Custom End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Custom EULA governs the use of this blueprint specification (the "Blueprint")
downloaded from SpecZip (speczip.io).

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-project license
   to use the Blueprint to build, modify, and deploy the described application.
   This license is perpetual and does not expire.

2. PERMITTED USES
   - Build the described application from the Blueprint
   - Modify the Blueprint to suit the buyer's project requirements
   - Charge end users for the application built from the Blueprint
   - Use the Blueprint for commercial or personal projects

3. UPGRADES AND UPDATES
   The buyer is entitled to all future updates and improvements to this
   Blueprint (including patch and minor version bumps) at no additional cost.
   This upgrade entitlement:
   - Is perpetual and does not expire
   - Covers all versions of this Blueprint released after purchase
   - Includes the right to download any version the buyer is entitled to
   - Does not extend to different blueprints or fundamentally new products
     (major version releases that constitute a new product may, at the
     author's discretion, be offered as separate purchases)
   Upgrade access is provided through the buyer's SpecZip account. If the
   buyer's account is deleted, upgrade access ceases.

4. PROHIBITED USES
   - Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Blueprint files (ZIP, SPEC.md,
     README.md, manifest.json, or any contained file) to any third party
   - Share the Blueprint on any marketplace, file-sharing site, or public
     repository
   - Use the Blueprint to create a competing blueprint marketplace or
     specification service

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   The Blueprint and all associated content are the intellectual property of
   the blueprint author and SpecZip. This license does not transfer ownership.

6. NO WARRANTY
   The Blueprint is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or
   implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability,
   fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   In no event shall the author or SpecZip be liable for any claim, damages,
   or other liability arising from the use of the Blueprint.
